Kitchen cabinets in all units are from Wood-Mode. Cracker Factory units CF- 6 and 10 come with solid wood cabinet doors (not veneer) at no extra charge. Wood-Mode has been manfuacturing fine cabinets for more than 70 years.

Every unit comes equipped with a front-loading, LG combo washer-dryer. This "green" appliance uses substantially less energy and water than conventional washer dryers.
Bathrooms
Bathrooms include ceramic tile floors, shower walls, and splash guards. Fixtures and faucets come from Kohler, a leading provider of bath fixtures since 1911. The master bath in Cracker Factory Units CF-6 and 10 include deluxe tile and fixtures, and premium doors for stall showers.
Flooring
Flooring in bedrooms and living rooms is Bruce 3/4" solid, oak strip flooring** (not laminate). They have a 15 year factory finish guarantee, and can be refinished again and again. All bathrooms feature ceramic tile floors. Unit CF-6 also features deluxe tile entry.
