Unit CF-18 is being built in a factory space within the 1896 addition to the Exton plant, which extended the factory to the corner of Furman and Turpin Streets. It is laid out within the corner structure that features a peaked roof, providing spectacular cathedral ceilings within most of the living space.
The ground floor consists of an entry foyer from Furman Street, with a washer/dryer cabinet next to the entryway. A private garage (LCE) is immediately adjacent to the foyer, with access via an internal dooway.
All of the living space is on the second floor and features cathedral ceilings up to 18’ high. The living/dining area has a pair of high french doors opening onto a balcony (LCE). An adjacent open kitchen and bedroom, both with cathedral ceilings, and a full bath, complete the plan.
The unit receives a lockable storage cage in the basement. It also has the option to purchase a roof-mounted, solar pholovoltaic system.
