Unit CF-14 is being built in a factory space within the 1896 addition to the Exton plant, which extended the factory to the corner of Furman and Turpin Streets.
The ground floor features an open-plan living/dining area with triple windows, kitchen, and full bath.
The second floor provides two bedrooms and the second full bath. The master bedroom is 12’-4” x 12’-4”. The second bedroom/study is 12’-6” x 9’-5” featuring a skylight that can be opened for ventilation, and a large storage closet.
As with all Cracker Factory Lofts, the unit has assigned garage parking. It receives a lockable storage cage in the basement. The unit also has a roof-mounted, solar pholovoltaic system to reduce utility bills and earn green credits.
